This site provides information about foundation repair in the Pensacola area. Submitting the form creates no contract; none exists until a written scope is signed by both parties.
Regional information, not site-specific
Descriptions of sandy coastal soils, washout and erosion describe the region generally. They are not an assessment of any property. Conditions vary between lots and sometimes within one.
We do not determine sinkhole activity
We are a foundation repair contractor. We do not investigate subsurface geology and we do not certify the presence or absence of sinkhole activity. Where that determination is required, it is work for a geotechnical engineer or professional geologist.
